Return & Exchange Window

Customers can return or exchange products within 7 days of delivery.

We offer reverse pickup in most pin codes. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship the product to our return address:

Return Conditions

If the product doesn't fit, we're happy to exchange for a different size.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags.
Returns failing our Quality Check (QC) will be rejected (if product is used, damaged, or has odor/stains).
One exchange/return pickup is allowed per order. If you receive items in multiple packages, raise return/exchange only after receiving all.
Additional pickups (due to incorrect/multiple requests) may incur an extra service charge.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are processed only after we receive and QC the original item.
For size-related exchanges initiated by the customer, a ₹75 reverse pickup charge applies.
Or, you can self-ship to the above return address.
We do not support exchanges for international orders.

Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased with a discount greater than 35%.
Custom-printed or personalized T-shirts (unless defective).
International orders (outside India).
Items that are used, washed, or not in original condition.

Refunds

Refunds will be sent directly to the customer’s bank account/UPI after verification and deduction of any applicable charges.
Upon customer request, we can process the refund to their bank account (after necessary verification and deduction of any applicable charges).
Orders canceled after delivery will include a ₹75 reverse pickup fee (or you can self-ship).
Self shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you've received a wrong or defective item, please send clear videos or photos to our support team.
Our team will verify and ship a free replacement if confirmed.
You don’t need to send back defective items unless we request it.
